Looking into the Master Bedroom, from the open loft area.
Hmmm, some space allocation will have to be determined here....
Looking across the opposite side of the loft, into the girls study, and their bedrooms on either side.
Looking from front door, through entry, into "strange middle room we don't know what to do with", into the dining room. Our study is on the left.
Octangonal shaped living room, with sliding door to large balcony on the left. Delightful curtains will be torn down and burned!!!
I loooove the bright white kitchen and the floor - OMG!!!

The outside of the house. It looks like brick but it's actually tile!!! WIERD! The division between the duplex is at the low hedge on the left of the picture.
I see lots of colorful planters surrounding the small patio, with bright little window boxes in the study windows - the three windows to the right of the front door. The kids study is at the top, above the front door, and their bedrooms either side of that.
Yup - these drapes on on their way out......
Maxine's are keepers! And look, the trees now have leaves - last time I was there they were bare!
So what do I do with this funky wall????
